Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with a live tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days of shipping, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — the large majority of orders arrive well within this window, but carrier delays, customs processing, extreme weather, and peak periods (holidays, sales events) can occasionally add time.
If your order is delayed, we'll tell you first. We monitor every shipment, and if something is stuck, you'll hear from us before you have to ask.
Shipping Costs
Any shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Subscription Shipments
Subscription renewals ship automatically on your billing schedule, so your next bottle arrives before your current one runs out. Each renewal shipment gets its own tracking email. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Account section of our website — see our Terms of Service.
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email us at customersupport@trymehr.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package:
- Check with household members, neighbours, and around your delivery area (porches, mailrooms, side doors).
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a day early.
- Still missing? Email us at customersupport@trymehr.com. We'll either reship your order or refund you. We won't leave you out of pocket for a carrier's mistake.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
