Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We formulated Mehr to work. If it doesn't work for you, we don't want your money.

Here's how it works: try Mehr for up to 30 days from the day your order is delivered. Actually use it — take it daily, finish the bottle if you want. If you don't feel a difference, email us at customersupport@trymehr.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your full purchase price.

You don't need to send anything back. You don't need to explain yourself beyond letting us know it wasn't for you. No return shipping, no restocking fees, no hoops.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email customersupport@trymehr.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
  2. We respond within 24 hours (usually much faster).
  3. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What the Guarantee Covers

  • Your first order of any Mehr product, including opened and used bottles.
  • The full product purchase price.
  • One guarantee claim per product, per customer. This lets us keep the guarantee genuinely unconditional for everyone without it being abused.

Subscription Orders

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Account section of our website — see our Terms of Service for details. Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments.

If a renewal was charged and you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, reach out anyway — we'll work something out. We'd rather refund you than have you feel trapped.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We'll send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice. You don't need to return the damaged item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and you don't see it:

  1. Check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — refunds can take time to officially post.
  2. If you've done that and still haven't received it, email us at customersupport@trymehr.com and we'll chase it with our payment processor directly.

Before You Dispute a Charge

If anything about your order or a charge looks wrong, please contact us first at customersupport@trymehr.com. We respond within 24 hours and we resolve issues generously — a refund from us will always be faster than a dispute through your bank.
